Could somebody tell me how to use this skin?
^^ I’m a bit confused on installation is this for the mac only version or is it for the windows version to make it more “Mac like”.

There is only a windows version of uTorrent. so yeah, this is for windows.
@ Question: It seems that you are not very familiar to all this: If it would be for Mac, then the Minimize/Close/Quit buttons would be on the left side of the window and not on the right side.
…the toolbar must be located in C:/Documents and settings/(user name)/ Data Program/ utorrent
and restart the program.

No, you must unzip the files to C:\Documents and Settings\(user name)\Application Data\uTorrent
