I was searching through google and found this page when I searched for “Picasa in OSX”. I’ve posted about my method for running Picasa 2 in OSX here:

Dont work theres no themes option in Picasa.

im guessing this is a patcher that patches the original program with this skin after it is installed, there is something similar for msn.
