overlaying can be done using photoshop CS although the png sizes should match (mac os icons ported to windows through png can fit)

How to use it? When I change my dock with these icons, they only shows the drawers. Without the original icon in it? How to make them overlayed?

Like I mention above. You can use it with your dock since it is a PNG. Or you can convert it to .ico and use it as special folder icon.
