Leopard dock stacks clone.Shows a Fan or a Grid stack. Options are be: Automatic, Fan, Grid.
Compatibility:
Requires Gdi+ (GdiPlus) (already included -AFAIK- in Windows XP SP 2, NT 2000 SP 4, Vista)
I’m testing it on Rocket Dock, it should be compatible with Object Dock and Y’z Dock as I’m using Object Dock’s Docklet SDK.
Install:
Unzip to this folder:
C:\Program files\RocketDock\Docklets
Or the corresponding docklets folder of your dock.
Now you should see a StackDocklet subfolder inside the Docklets folder.
Usage:
Right click on dock, select Add Item, then Stack Docklet.
Right click on the new icon, select Icon Settings… .
Choose folder, and some nice looking icon. Mode not implemented yet, wait for next release.
Click OK, now click the icon and enjoy

This is a preview release. Please give your feedback here.

[...] Dock stacking as being used by OsX Leopard, has now come to Win XP through the stack docklet. Its a nifty little docklet that works on RK Launcher, ObjectDock, RocketDock and Yz Dock. There are two options of stack, one is the ‘Fan’ mode, that opens the stack up like a fan (above), and another is the Grid mode, that opens all the applications up in a grid format (below). To use it, you will have to first create a folder and create shortcuts to all the applications you want to stack up into the folder. Once you have download and enable the docklet, you just need to point the docklet to the folder of application shortcuts and whoala, its done. When I first enabled it, I was blown away by the nice animation and look of the stack. Its a cool edition to the RK Launcher that I am currently using. You can get more information of this docklet from OSX-E. [...]

This is a great docklet! Wow. Also, would there be a possibility of having the icon + text hover/zoom when the mouse points to them? It would be very useful in the grid option where all the text are crammed into a small space. Thought I’d point that out. Nice work, though.

Wow… This is a pretty good Docklet.
One thing I would love is for it to have its own name separate from the linked folder. Otherwise. I’m loving this docklet.
