Stacks is a neat feature in Mac OS X Leopard dock. You can get similar stacks for windows using Kk Menu by installing this docklet. You need Kk Menu installed to use this skin. Download Kk Menu here. And then you just copy this skin into the Docklets\KkMenu\skins folder.
