This is the new version of Tiger Sytem Preferences, remade using Visual Basic 6 instead of the previous MMB ActionScript programming language. The use of the VB6 code made possible the following new features:

-New, transparent menu from the info (i) button for easy access to help, website, close and About screen
-New application icon
-New, animated About screen
-A little bit less ram consumption due to a more efficient code usage
-Smaller application size
-Mouse over and down effects on buttons and icons
-11 custom icon spots and labels for users to add their own elements
-Ability to modify 95% of TSP2 appearance through the skin.ini file, including icons, label and category header text, buttons, buddy and top backgrounds, and icon paths
Other features are:
-New tutorial document that explains how to create your own custom skins or elements
-Included 3 background files, plus default icons used on the original System Preferences
-Installer/unistaller
-Spanish and English versions
-100% free for everyone, with no adware or spyware
-New version of TweakGDS
-New program added: CPUz, linked to the processor icon
Requirements:
-Browser such as IE or Mozilla to be able to visit the website
-Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to see the Tutorial document
-Text Editor of your preferences to edit the ini files
-.Net environment installed

Nice job! I love it
Why not tweak all apps on the PC to work inside here? Only then will it be good…
It is shaping up real well, good luck on v3!
Really nice app. But I would like an updated version beacuse there are some errors that needs to be fixed.
If you could make it like the real sys prefs like the mac (eg keyboard/mouse come up in the same window), thatd be great. Otherewise, its REALLY GOOD!
8/10
