Ok, If you read above, you'll see that I've stated that this is a feature that is already built into Vista. I've found out the the feature comes to me whenever I download the Intellipoint software from Microsoft. So, if you download this, I think You can assign this built-in function to a button on your mouse. On my mouse, I click a button inside the scroll wheel chamber. This was already set, I didn't have to change anything to do it. I'm not sure if it will work with non-microsoft mice.

@ Jake Moore: I didn't knew about this feature and unfortunately, I have not a now MS mouse. Can you please open the preferences of your mouse and tell me how this feature is called? If you find out a keyboard shortcut, can you please post it here as well?

It could also be that it is a feature of the mouse drivers...

This feature is actually built into windows vista. I have vista ultimate, and whenever I click a third button on my mouse, it does this.

The only bad thing is that I haven't figured out a keyboard shortcut for it. I think it only works with Microsoft brand mice.
